13 Mar When an archaeologist came to school…

In Year Six on Friday, we were lucky enough to be visited by Sarah, a PhD student at UCL. Sarah is an archaeologist and brought some very special artefacts with her to show us.

These original Ancient Greek artefacts were 2,500 years old. We were able to look at, draw, discover and finally hold these items! It was a very exciting experience to be able to touch pottery that was made so long ago.

Here are some photos of our afternoon. We loved it!
